These Terms apply to Mack & Associates LLC personnel who use ottomasion.ai, and to our staff text-message program. Access requires an account issued by the firm. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

• Use the system only for firm business and only as your role permits.
• Keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and tell us right away if they are lost or misused.
• Do not try to access accounts or information you are not authorized to see, or interfere with the system’s security or operation.

We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

The public pages of this site are for information only and are not legal advice. Visiting or using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship.

By opting into SMS through our electronic or paper consent form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Mack & Associates LLC. This includes SMS messages for account notifications and work alerts.

• Program: Mack & Associates Staff Alerts sends automated work alerts and account notifications to Mack & Associates employees who opt in. Examples: a notice that a task has finished, needs your input, or could not finish. Messages never contain client or confidential information.
• Eligibility: The program is available only to employees of Mack & Associates LLC. It is not offered to clients or the public.
• Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out at any time, text STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. To re-enroll, text START.
• For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at www.kansasjustice.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

The software and content of this site are owned by JurisTech LLC or its licensors.

This site is provided “as is” for authorized use. To the extent permitted by law, Mack & Associates LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
