• Mobile phone numbers that employees provide to enroll in our staff text-message program, with records of their consent, opt-out requests, and message delivery status.

• Information you choose to send us, such as messages to our office.

In the course of legal representation, the firm also handles client information. That information is protected by our professional duty of confidentiality and applicable law, and it is never used for our text-message program.

• To give authorized firm personnel secure access to ottomasion.ai.
• To send staff text messages that an employee has agreed to receive, such as work alerts and account notifications.
• To keep and honor records of consent and opt-out requests.
• To meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use mobile phone numbers for marketing.

We share personal information only as needed to run our services:

• Service providers that host and operate our systems and deliver text messages on our behalf, such as our communications provider and wireless carriers, under obligations to protect the information.
• Government authorities, when required by law, court order, or professional rules.
• A successor organization, in connection with a merger or transfer of the firm, subject to this policy.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• SMS consent is not shared with third parties.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Our text-message program, Mack & Associates Staff Alerts, is offered only to employees of Mack & Associates LLC who opt in. We do not send messages from this program to clients or the public.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, and access limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and to resolve disputes. We keep records of text-message consent and opt-outs for at least five years after enrollment ends.

• Ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.

We use cookies and similar technologies needed for sign-in, security, and basic operation of ottomasion.ai. We do not use them for advertising.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
